My little girl is 9months old and she started getting this rash  or spots on her forehead does anyone know what it is or anyone else baby had it before? X

It just looks like either heat rash or baby acne to me.

It could be an allergic reaction to something. My son had this same rash on his face as a newborn for a month. We found put he was allergic to the dreft laundry detergent. He has super sensitive skin so we have to be careful even with perfumes, lotions, deoderents, and laundry detergents that we use. He still occasionally will get the rash again if something irritates his skin.

keep close watch that she doesnt get it on her hands feet and body if so it could be hand foot mouth virus but it don't look to be that now it may just be heat rash
