Need Opinions!

I've been having this consistent urge to urinate along with a pressure like feeling within my vaginal walls and slight discomfort when my abdomen is pressed on. There is no burning, itching, discoloration in discharge, no off smells either. I also have this feeling occasionally that something is in there, like a prickly type feeling.I went to the gynecologist, I did a pee test and it came pack negative for a uti so the doctor did a pelvic exam which was clear. " Everything looks and feels normal". The gynocologist took a swab and sent it to the lab, this was last week and the results were suppose to be back yesterday, but I never got a call. Do I need to call or will a nurse call me. Do they call either way; normal or abnormal? I have another appointment in two weeks.
