You have to eat at a calorie defecit. There is no other way to lose weight besides taking in fewer calories than you burn each day. Food can be sneaky; it may not seem like you're eating a lot but calories can be packed into small portions if the food is prepared with a lot of day or sugar. MyFitnessPal is a great tracker and it's free. Just log everything you eat and drink tomorrow and it'll give you an idea of how many calories you're really eating. Then set some goals, cut some calories, eat lots of veggies and drink tons of water. P.s. You get to eat more if you find time to work out ;)
Roadblocks
I don't exactly have time for excersize . I have a busy day full of driving and sitting at a computer . I drink some water , and I drink green tea . And maybe a cup of coffee in the morning . I don't eat a whole lot because I don't get hungry often . But I'm stumped on how to loose weight . I've hit roadblocks in my schedule . I have no free time and I really want to get back down to a healthy weight before my SO and I TTC again . Advice please and thank you ?
