Mom-shaming for freezing breastmilk?!?

Now there’s women on here tryna mom shame if you freeze your breastmilk because it “kills some of the nutrients”.  It’s a perfectly acceptable way to feed your breastfed child and many times unavoidable.

Frozen breastmilk is still better than formula. Nothing at all against moms who formula feed. Fed is best! But there is ZERO shame is freezing breastmilk. I did it and my 2 year old is strong, healthy and incredibly smart. You do you and don't worry about the haters.

Apparently if you have more than your child can consume, you should just dump it. Don't freeze it, don't donate it.. just dump it.

Being able to freeze your breastmilk means you’ve got a great milk supply, and that’s awesome! Definitely shouldn’t be any shaming going on over this. While it is true that frozen breastmilk loses some of its bacteria-fighting immunities, its still perfectly fine to give to your baby.
