When to tell?

So I need some ladies opinions.. so the first thing you need to know is that I work in law enforcement and I am 6 weeks pregnant. In two weeks I have to qualify with my weapon (being around a lot of lead) and have to do some training that involves break falls and takedowns. Now, I'm not going to participate but when I don't it will be pretty obvious there's something going on with me and my co-workers will notice. I was planning on telling them right before the training but my husband got upset and told me that I should lie about it until I get through the first trimester. I really don't want to have to do that. What's your opinion?
