Bleeding

Hello everyone I'm 35 weeks and yesterday the doctor wanted to check me after my NST because I was having some contractions I was dilated to a 3 ( like I have been for a month ) and she saw no change . So I went home . About 4 hours later I noticed blood in a string of mucus come out . I know it's normal to bleed after being checked but I woke this morning and I'm still having that same problem . How long do you usually bleed after getting checked ?? Should I be concerned ? I don't normally bleed after being checked this is the first time it has happened . It's on a towel because I feel gross posting this and didn't wanna put it on toilet paper ??? Haha I don't know I'm weird ... the towel probably doesn't make it less gross 😂
