Computer support specialist

Hey guys Does anyone know how I can get a position like this, for example, is there a specific certification course? Should I contact my university's tech department to get advice? I would love to break into the tech industry with an entry level role like this but I am not a computer science major and have no experience in resolving tech issues. Are there similar roles for people wanting to get experience in tech on the ground level? Thank you
