TMI Diahrrea and cramps?

I have cramps, not period cramps, but diahrrea comes when I have these cramps... is it normal? Why?

Answer

Usually your tummy doesn't feel to good when you're having diarrhea. If it's more than that, could be the result of a food intolerance or something.
