Clomid ovulation how soon???

Question

I finished my Clomid cycle on 10/9/2017 today I got a high fertility on my ovulation predictor kit about five hours later I went to the bathroom and I have egg white mucus coming out. Could I ovulate that soon after taking Clomid for the first time??? Any and all help in this matter would be greatly appreciated thank you.

My doctor told me not to use opk until 3 days after my last pill.  Clomid will give a false positive on a opk if you use too soon.
