Doctor wants to induce at 37 weeks 😰😱

I'm 35+2 today. Saw my OB this morning and she wants to induce me at 37 weeks. I have GD and have been having ultrasounds and NSTs twice weekly for about three weeks now. The baby has been breech since my last growth scan on 9/14. I'm scheduled to go into OB triage on Thursday so they can attempt to get baby on the head down position. The doctor is saying that because of my prior 2 c sections she doesn't want me to go past 37 weeks and doesn't want me to spontaneously go into labor because they need to monitor me the entire time. So if they are successful in turning the baby on Thursday then they'll schedule an induction but if she doesn't turn on her own by that time then I'll have to have another c section.

That whole visit today stressed me out because it caught me completely off guard. Definitely wasn't expecting to have an October baby.

Now that I've had time to process everything, I don't know if I agree with giving birth so soon. 37 weeks just seems so early to me. I know it's full term but I want my baby to get all her developing in while in utero. I'll really have to have a discussion with her next week.
