im 39 weeks pregnant today and due in may 4? was just wondering if your 40weeks pregnant and baby still hasnt come out yet does that mean ill have to be induced or will i wait untill im 41weeks?? i havent had an labour signs yet jus my baby full on kicking i cant wait to meet my little man just 7days lefd lefd im hoping he will come out soon,id rather that option then getting induced???

I'm 39 wks too, and don't want Induction but my baby is measuring huge and I have gestational diabetes so I just hope she comes soon

I'm in the same boat. Due May 2 and no signs of labor. They scheduled an induction for May 9th. My understanding is that you can go as long as 42 weeks if your uterus and placenta are health. The doctor will schedule appointments to monitor you. What I've heard from other ladies on here is that just because you're not showing any signs of labor right now doesn't mean it can't happen at any moment. Most FTM are a couple of days late anyways. I've been walking my whole pregnancy but am going to try to walk a little longer and every day. I got a bouncy ball and plan to do squats and some nipple stimulation to see if that helps.

Just depends on what ur dr says
Some Drs let u go to 41 weeks some like mine would induce me right at 40
