My BBT rise
Hey was curious if anyone had any input about my bbt chart...ovulated I think the 11? And this morning had a huge temp rise what does it mean? I'm feeling so sleepy, cramping on and off..kinda like period cramps, caffeine craving thanks in advance ladies, baby dust to us all! My cramps when I ovulate are on one side or the other, my cramps now are like in the middle lower abdomen and lower back
