To test correctly

B

This may sound like a stupid question, but do you have to have a reasonable amount of sleep for an opk to test correctly? See, my husband works third.. he works a 12hr shift (6pm-6am), and I’m a sahw (stay at home wife), sometimes I go to bed any time between 11pm-3am & don’t wake up until 10am-1pm. I do that so on his off days I can stay up and spend time with him. I do the opk test around 11am-12pm every day. I’m on cd 20 and still no LH surge. I didn’t know if this could be a reason. And I wasn’t sure if this has anything to do with it, but you never know until you ask lol
