Nightmares & night sweats
I have had vivid dreams (but few nightmares) and occasional night sweats throughout my pregnancy, but the last few nights I have had horrible, vivid nightmares and I wake up completely drenched in sweat... tonight I’ve only been in bed 3 hours and woken up twice covered in sweat with very clear, detailed memories of these sucky dreams. Now I don’t even want to go back to sleep because I don’t want to keep having more nightmares...
Just wondering if anyone has any solutions for dealing with nightmares or night sweats or both. I just turned the fan on, so hopefully that will help... I just want to sleep peacefully or not at all lol!
