Is labor starting? And TMI photo- is this mucas plug?!

So, with my daughter 6 years ago I was induced at 39 weeks due to high BP and had literally no labor symptoms before being induced.

The past three days, I've been having really regular contractions that are more painful than the BH ones I've had this pregnancy. Still not super regular, though, just randomly throughout the day.

I've also had diarrhea multiple times a day, and have thrown up at least once a day. Now, the last two times I've used the bathroom today I've had this mucas like discharge on the toilet paper when I wiped. It's cream colored though, and I've read the mucas plug is usually blood tinted. Could this just be normal discharge?

As stupid as it sounds, I've just felt "different" the past few days and I'd love some input on your experiences!

Also, I have a doctor appointment Friday, so I'll of course go over this with her then.
