why do i always do this to myself 😒😔😩

my nausea has went away all of a sudden .. it feels like over night .. my appetite has come back like it never left .. I'm still crampy in my uteris area .. but since my nausea has left I got on Google and was looking up what it could mean. and it said a "missed miss carriage" .. now I'm freaking out .. why do I do this to myself 😰 I need to know this is normal for my nausea to go away and my appetite to come back 10 times stronger and everything be okay??
