When happens when you get a positive pregnancy test then your period comes 2 days later?

It's most likely a chemical pregnancy. However, very rarely people still bleed like a period at the very beginning but don't have period cramps. Take another test, if it's lighter or negative, it's a chemical. If it's darker, so see a doctor asap if your bleeding bright red.

I agree with pp. I just had a chemical and I had stronger cramps and very dark brown AF for 2 days with clots. I had a faint positive on 2 FRERs and then just before I started bleeding I had BFNs. AF was normal and lasted an additional 3 days after the dark bleed. Now I'm on cd11 and can't wait to try again! Baby dust! ✨✨
