Withdrawal bleed? Conflicting info!

So I stopped birth control this past weekend (Saturday was my last pill) I had some blood this morning when I went to pee. If I continue to bleed, do I count this as my first period? I know it’s still considered a “fake” period but I’m finding conflicting information on google. I’d like to start tracking and charting but I need to know if I’m supposed to log this as my period day 1 or if I need to let this pass then wait until I start bleeding again!? HELP😫
