Perineum Tears

So a year ago I used to think that I got these cuts in my perineum and butt crack after a Brazilian wax so I stopped waxing and shaving all together. But even after I stopped waxing, I notice after sex with my bf I get the same cuts! They look like paper cuts and they sting really bad when I use the bathroom, wipe or shower. I can also feel a new cut form if I open my legs wide like when I exercise, run or play tennis. I've had my bf and I tested for EVERY STI and all the results came back negative. My gynecologist thinks I'm crazy because when I go in to see her about the issue the cuts have healed. What is this called? What medicine can I put on it? Should I show the pics to my gynecologist?
