Implant

I recently had the implant inserted into my arm about a month ago. At first everything was fine. I got my period normally but then a week after my period came back! I’ve now been on my period for about 3 weeks. I’ve also been breaking out all over my face and I used to have pretty clear skin. I’m also super hormonal and have the worst mood swings. Today I started crying to my boyfriend about nothing! Help! Should I remove it or deal with it? Advice from anyone would help. Also some face care remedies you use. Thank you 💕
