How much money does someone have to make a year for you to consider them rich?

rich? maybe a million a year. but i wouldn't consider that WEALTHY. if say true wealth is a hundred million or more in the bank.

I feel like this is such a trivial question in many ways. 
To any number of people in the world, I could be considered rich, simply because I have money, an abundance of food, a car, a home, and my daughter has 2 walk in closets completely packed with clothes, and will until she's at least 12 months. 
But, I live in government assisted housing, I had to take out a loan for my car, and her clothes were bought by my mother in law. Therefore, anyone who makes more than minimum safe COULD a be considered rich by me, because they simply have more. 
But, rich by definition could mean "to have an abundance." In that case, I consider myself very rich, because my home is filled with an abundance of joy, love, laughter, happiness, memories, etc.
