Advice!!

Okay, so I used to be on the patch but it didn't work with my body and created a blood clot on my liver. Since then I was not able to be on any BC for a year. Luckily my mans pull out game has been strong. Yesterday, my doctor told me I can go on the following BC: The pill, Implant, The Shot, and IUD because of the low or no estrogen levels in it. Any advice on the following BC. I'm not good with the pill so I'll rule that one out! And IUD because I've tried It and it cut my bf before. So any reviews on implant or shot? Thank you.
