Is cinnamon safe during pregnancy?

I'm eating these mini cinnamon donuts and am wondering if they are even safe to eat while pregnant? I'm 13 weeks.

You'd have to eat a lot of cinnamon for anything to happen. You're in danger of doing more damage if you eat a ton of those donuts though.
