pain during sex

first time having sex after two weeks of not. was hoping it would help ease off water infections and the pain I normally have during. now the pain did esse off abit. But this time he actually did for play with me and while that was great I've had to stop again due to a feeling of a water infection and literally nearly wet myself during the sex part. now I feel like shit and Cleary wasn't wet enough during the foreplay so it's caused alot of friction. But my partner doesn't seem to understand this and told me I must be imagining it. But if it wasn't due to friction then Cleary my bits wouldn't be looking read raw right now and feel like they have been cut. So while I'm sat in the bath crying and not wanting to have sex again, he's sat in the bedroom thinking nothing of it. What do I do?
