I'm so very sorry for your loss. Unlike some people who will say, they understand or can imagine, no they DO NOT understand, unless they have experienced this kind of loss. Lucky for them they could not possibly imagine, because something like this is just unimaginable.

Unfortunately, I do understand and I do know exactly what you are going through. It's one of those things you hope in life your children never have to experience.

There are no words I can truly say that will ease the pain, but I do have a few thoughts. The pain never really goes away, you just learn to accept it as part of life. You learn to live with it and move on, because sadly, everyone around you is moving on (how dare they!!!)

Although, you may feel like life as you know it has changed (and it has), you need to know that there will be better days ahead and a brighter future will be awaiting you.

Talk to your special someone, reach out to close friends and family members. Do not be afraid to speak into existence of what you once had. You knew you were in love the moment you knew the baby existed. There’s no shame even though they’re so much hurt. They say after every storm there’s a rainbow, but sometimes waiting for that rainbow hurts even more. I pray you find the strength to stand up and carry-on and share your story with others.

Because in the end you are not a statistic. You are a woman with a dream who deserves a happy ending and I can’t wait for it to happen for you.
