Left boob grew over night?!?

Literally woke up a couple days ago and my left boob got bigger. My bf even noticed it tonight without me even saying anything, that's how big it has gotten. 
I had a pap about a month ago, nothing was abnormal when she was feeling up on them. 
ANYONE ELSE EVER NOTICE THIS? I do start my period in 6 days..

Well it could just be growing normally and you just didn't notice. But other than that it could be either it's swelling from your period starting soon, or some kind of disease. Personally, I wouldn't be too worried about it if that's the ONLY symptom there is, but if it bothers you too much or doesn't go away or more symptoms appear then go to your doctor
