light PERIOD
so my period is regular. its supposed start on Wed but came on Monday I begin spotting..back pain so I was knowing my period was coming ..so it came Tuesday and it was very light all day. no cramps no nothing. it was very light the next day very light.. just a spot. my period comes with berry severe cramps and heavy bleeding the first two days and I experienced none of that. so I took a pregnancy test and it was negative should I be concerned?
