Missed af

So my af was due on 1st of this month. It’s always like clock work but does occasionally come a week earlier on the 25th of month. This month I still haven’t come on? Getting negative tests, I have hypothyroidism and been ttc since last august.. my cervix is high and soft and my cm is watery with bits of white gooey cm on cervix... 🤷‍♀️. Iv been feeling nauseous on and off for the last 2-3 weeks and my boobs and belly have been itchy, had cramp like feelings in pelvic area but think I’m symptom spotting too much 👎🏼. Anyone had this before? What was the outcome?
