Co parenting

How do you share your child on holidays with their father? do you rotate each year like you get the children on Christmas then the next year the father does? or do you try to fit the child in at both houses on same day? or do you have holidays together? Or if legally wrote up in paper work of custody arrangements do you follow those?

not sure if this is right group but i posted here because its what adults do in separated relationships..lol
