Vaginal numbing products?

So my partner is around 7” and the sex is just really painful when it’s more than half the shaft in. We always have a decent amount of foreplay, lots of lube so dryness isn’t the problem, different positions, just was tested for STDS and all came back negative and no yeast infections. He can’t seem to finish because he can’t go very deep or fast. Is there anyway to numb/alleviate this pain? I’ve had sex with two before him with slightly smaller and it was still painful but bareable.
