idk whats going on...

So this past week my boobs have been itching like crazy.. And I was supposed to have my period last week. and I have been cramping really bad and spotting every now and then so idk what's going and I took a pregnancy test and it said negative I even did the bleach test and that didn't work.. I have been trying for about 1 and half or more just had sugery about 4 weeks ago and got endometriosis out. so please no negative comments.. as I'm really emotional right now
