used heating pad directly on pregnant belly at 11w 3d.. :( :(

I'm 11 w 4 d pregnant and was experiencing cramping last night. Without a second thought I applied the heating pad on my belly for about 5-10 minutes.

As soon as I thought it was getting quite hot I took it off.. when I read about the effects I was absolutely mortified!! Ive been worried ever since. My doctor says we'll see what happens but that answer has only left me more restless. Please please tell me 5-10 minutes of heating will not harm the baby.. super scared..:( :(
