No Period After Stopping BC

Help! I’ve been on the pill for the past 10-12 years and I just recently got off of it because my husband and I are TTC. When my period was supposed to come last week, it didn’t. I was semi excited but then took 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative. It’s a week later and I still haven’t started and I took another test this morning and still negative. I messaged my doctor and she said I may need to take a pill to help me start my period again if I don’t start in 2-4 weeks.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Worried it’ll be a problem to get pregnant because of this.
