monster in law

anyone else have an overbarring mil? i get it she cares and everything but literally calling me throughout the day...every damn day to see what im doing?!? im a SAHM and while the kids are at school i do the norm, clean, laundry, cook dinner and for a couple hours i get peace and quiet...until my phone rings...and it's her...aaaagain. so i let it ring. then a text "where are you?" "call me" " why arent you picking up?" "!!!!!!!" "can you call me?"

i know it's nothing important bc if i didnt pick up she wouldve called my husband not sat there texting me 798 times.

in her eyes i have forever been incompetent of doing anything correctly and called a bad mother to my boys or some other horrible thing. so why the fuck should i pick up the damn phone every time she calls?!

let me be. nothing has changed from what we spoke about yesterday. my son is having some problems in school (AdHD) and we are trying to find the right program for him and evidently since my husband talked to her about it she thinks shes going to make the decision about it...SHE EVEN CALLED MY SONS SCHOOL TO TALK TO THE CASE WORKER! who of course stood

up for me and said she is not at liberty to speak to anyone other than his parents, to which she lied and claimed she was me calling. the case worker knew it wasnt me so she said she would call back in a few minutes and right away called my cell phone. im sorry for the long rant but i just have to get it off my chest.
