Attachment parenting based daycare?

I attachment parent my daughter. I was thinking of in the future opening a daycare. My theory is that in daycare (based on previous infant room experience) that the children should be held more. My idea is an attachment parenting based daycare. Lower ratios, the option to hold and rock babies to sleep, and in general more one on one time and attention. I’m wondering how many moms would choose this over a traditional daycare setting.

Oh my goodness, I would choose that over traditional every time. I worked at a daycare and I HATED hearing them cry for attention that I wasn't allowed to give them :( it broke my heart to let them be sad and upset and sick and not be able to pick them up and comfort them.

My son went to a traditional daycare I guess but it was small. He was rocked every day for his naps by an older woman his grandmothers age. If you find the right daycare it makes it so much easier on you and baby. They were so amazing with him.
