Worried, excited or confused

Okay so here is a before and current photo. Before (left) is what I looked like before we conceived and now current (right) is what I looked like yesterday morning at 7 WEEKS! can someone please shed some light as to why I look like a whale at just 7 weeks? Is it just bloat!? Is there more than 1 in there!? I am a little bent over aswell as I'm exhausted and my back is sore 😭

I found out at 4 weeks and my hcg levels were at 140. The doctor doesn't want to see me until after my 8 week dating scan which is a week today and we also have a strong history of twins in our family. Please someone let me know that this is normal to be this huge this early! This is my first child aswell. 💜
