UTI's
How do you guys prevent getting UTI's after sex?
I always pee before and after, and I shower immediately after as well but I still get a UTI every.single.time.
I just started taking a daily probiotic as well as cranberry pills, do you guys have any other suggestions?
Both of us have been tested and we always use condoms
