So I'm on the depo and I've been bleeding recently. A few days ago after I wiped I had a little clot like this

​Then today when I wiped I got this. Recently my cramps have been bad.  Is this normal?

I've always had clots. Once I came off of the pills my entire uterine lining shed at once. Scared me to death, but what I read, both are completely normal.

When I was a teenager, I got blood clots like that too, and I wasn't on any birth control. I don't think that is abnormal. Next time you have your womanly check up, ask about it to be sure.
