I really want this to be our month

I don't want to get my hopes up but I feel so confident about this month. The only thing I am really tracking is CM. It has been EWCM for about 4 days, today being more and thicker so today for sure we BD. I'm so impatient, I just want it to happen! I really want this to be our month!
