And boom

So I was thinking I might be out this month since I had absolutely no symptoms, early pregnancy, PMS, or otherwise (and usually every month I symptom spot and have tons and then AF comes) and then yesterday morning until now, a full 24 hours of nausea anytime my stomach was empty, and multiple bowl movements (and I'm not usually regular in the BM department by any means) I'm only like 11 dpo but could this be it? I probably just have a bug, but I guess we'll see in 4 days if AF comes
