When to put baby in crib?

My LO is 4 months old. She's been sleeping in her pack and play bassinet in our room since day one. I feel like she would sleep better in a bigger space since she's rolling all over the place. Is it time to move her to her room?  I know they say 6 months is best..where does your LO sleep?

Could you put the crib in your room? My baby finally got too big for the bassinet but we just put the crib up against my side of the bed and lowered the bars on that side so I can reach in easily. That way it doesn't feel like such a big change!

They say one year actually not 6 months..my 4 month old is in her pack n play I ordered an inner spring mattress and chenille sheets. it's heavenly for her, no cracks or spaces between the mattress and borders. Amazon

I am wondering the same thing! My babes is always shifting around at night, keeping me awake. Sooo know I would get better rest if she was in her room. However, I am not sure if I am ready for it.

whatever works for your situation is best. my little guy moved into his room and crib at three months. it was a smooth transition and he wakes up less during the night. not sure if that's him getting older or being more comfortable and sleeping longer. we of course have a monitor and he wears the owlet as well.

I’m in the same boat. We have a little pack n pack for our room and he’s getting too long for it. However we travel a lot for holidays so I’m worried he won’t want to sleep in the pack n play after we move him to his crib. 🤷🏻‍♀️
