Anovulation

So I am having an-ovulation problems? can someone further explain this to me. This is already cycle 2 with this problem took a bunch of blood test (testosterone,progesterone,blood cell count,thyroid) everything came back normal so what's going on? Anyone else going through this and help me understand why I am?
