Didn't ovulate but still wait?

Has anyone not ovulated but still patiently waited the 2ww  just in case? And how many use opk?

Answer

Just know that even a positive ovulation test sometimes does not confirm ovulation. You can get positive tests, but still not necessarily release an egg. BBT is still the best way to see if you did in fact ovulate- even though I know it's such a pain! I recommend using both methods. I got positive ovulation tests this past cycle, but my blood work showed I did not ovulate. Wish I would have tracked my Bbt too.

I've got an irregular cycle so OPK's are the only way to figure out what's going on down there! Definitely recommend using those to get that useful data of whether or not you ovulated. Good luck!
