How to leave my baby father

So I have been with this man for over a decade n we have 2 beautiful girls together n I have had 2 miscarriages a still birth n 3 abortions from him. I thought we were going to spend the rest of our lives together but in July I caught him talking to other women including his other 2 babymoms n it hurt so bad. We live together n he tells me he needs a break cuz he dnt know where his life is going he just lost his father suddenly n found the body so I’m taking it as a traumatic time or depression right now tht he is acting out. So I give him his space but find out he is now currently entertaining another female n still sleeping with me every night n we still hang out like we are a couple nobody really knows in either of our family n I’m tired of being played like a fool cuz he won’t let me leave with our girls n he tells me he loves me n is in love with me but I just dnt understand how if he is with this other girl on my day off the rest of the time he is with me n the family I’m so confused
