Evening Primrose Oil!?

Question

I was just wondering what ladies out there used EPO and had success with it. I am currently 35+5 weeks as of now, and my cervix is completely closed. 
What do all you ladies think about it!? There isn't too much research done on it, and that makes me nervous.

I also wouldn’t try anything without consulting with your doctor first. I personally would never use it, because like I said before there’s no guarantees, and you’re right it hasn’t been thoroughly researched and tested.

Wait until you’re full term to try any sort of natural induction methods. Just because you’re not at all dilated now doesn’t mean you won’t be in a few weeks. You’re only 35 weeks, give your body time. If you get to 40 and there’s no progress, then yes evening primrose oil does act as a natural cervical ripener. However there’s no guarantee that it will work for you.
