Help please!

I need to increase my supply! My daughter fall asleep at the breast and I am struggling with keeping my supply going. I am pumping fleas and less. She is two weeks old. I have tried skin to skin and diaper changes to wake her up but she just doesn't want to wake up. We were in the NICU for the first week and I think she got use to the bottle and formula. She drinks about 2 ozs of formula each feeding and that is even a struggle. I take fenugreek bars, eat fennel seeds, tried lactation tea and goats rue. I pump every 2-3 hours. I am so sad and depressed. I fed my son with a limited supply for 1 year and was hoping to do the same with this baby. I open to any advice or suggestions. I am meeting with a lactation specialist in the morning too.
