Ready to give up

My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for 3 years. The last 4 months I have been taking clomid. Took two month at 50mg and then two months at 100 mg. Got my 21 day progesterone blood results back yesterday and they were either 0.0422 or 0.422. They haven’t moved a whole lot. So my doctor told me at my appointment next week that we would discuss my options. She has not ever done a vaginal ultrasound and I have asked for one before starting the clomid. I’m just ready to give it all up and see what happens.
