OPINIONS PLEASE!!😩

I just found out I am pregnant but I'm due for my period right now I started bleeding a little last night like spotting but a little more and same with today not heavy like my period usually is, I went to my doctor for my blood work results this morning my hcg levels are 17 and she said I must of just got pregnant like I'm probably a week pregnant im going back Monday to get more blood work to see if my hcg levels have gone up is this normal or am I miscarrying or is this implantation bleeding or is my body confused were I'm suppose to get my period now I'm so stressed out I need some opinions!!!
