Having trouble drinking water? I'm 6 weeks but just do nottttt want to drink it! Used to drink a ton. Just makes me feel sick now :/

Oh God I'm not the only one lol I use to love drinking water but since a couple days ago I can't even see a bottle of water 😅 my technic is have a candy ready after a sip lol because we do need a lot of water to avoid constipation

Ice ice cold helped me, also I used to mix ice cold water with yellow Gatorade and that helped a lot. Having that lemon flavor made a difference and since it was a mix I didn’t feel guilty that I was chugging down a ton of sugar or anything

I had to wait after I'd been up a couple of hours to help with morning sickness and then powered through!
