diet advice please
I have been on a keto diet for the past 5 months. I am 5 2". I started out at 142 pounds and now weigh 121. The last 3 months I have not lost any weight. I have not changed anything. I would like to lose about 5 more pounds and I will feel comfortable. I walk about 2 miles every day. Maybe I'm eating too much? Or not enough? Today for breakfast: boiled egg, slice of bacon and coffee. Lunch: chicken breast and 1/2 cup green beans. For a snack later I'll have a few peanuts. Then dinner I'm making a chicken breast and squash. I eat very similar every day. I cheat every other Saturday. Let me know what you think or what you've done in the past to lose a few pounds.
